SpeSchool is the legal entity operating Capsulaty ("the Platform"). All references to Capsulaty in these terms refer to SpeSchool, its owners, and operators.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Capsulaty, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Capsule Guidelines
Capsules are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the platform for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant Capsulaty permission to display your content within the capsule experience. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Payments & Billing
Your first capsule is free. Additional capsules require payment via PayPal. All purchases are covered by our 14-day full refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
Capsulaty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
